Hello again, fellow Acorn followers, and I hope all is well out in the world. If it’s not, may I suggest a remedy in the form of a nice cold beer. Almost everyone can enjoy the simple pleasures of a cold beer on a hot summer day or just about any day.
Here at the Acorn, some of our many employees have visited Cincinnati, AKA: The Queen City, The Blue Chip City, and my personal favorite, the City Where Pigs Can Fly, and they have brought back many tasty treats. How about trying a bowl of 5-way chili, or my favorite, 6-way with jalapeno bottlecaps at the local Skyline Chili fast food eatery. Still hungry? Then let’s head to the Montgomery Inn Boathouse for some ribs and BBQ sauce, and let’s just say my mouth is watering already.
What happens if you need a nice cold beverage to wash that down with? Well, let us then travel to Rhinegeist Brewery, where I’m sure you can have a ghostly good time and even talk to some different types of spirits if you like but first, let’s have a short history of this brewery.
